Hearth is not a treatment for clinical anxiety or panic disorder. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace the work that medication and therapy can do. If your anxiety is severe or escalating, our Keepers will walk you to The Bridge — a vetted, culturally-fluent therapist — personally.
